Vagamon is a hill station that lies in the border of Kottayam and Idukki district of Kerala. It is an interesting tourist hotspot for many and especially for the newly-weds and shutter bugs. Vagamon was brought to light by the British who felt that the place is suitable for tea plantations. They were soon followed by Christian missionaries who based themselves at Kurisumala.
