About 55 kilometres from Kanyakumari, The river Kodayar descends at Tirparappu to turn into a beautiful cascade. Having a natural and scenic glimpse, it is an artificial fall that forms an excellent pool after accumulating at the bottom. The waterfall is well maintained with two divisions or sections, by a steel rod, one is for men and the other for women. There is also a small park and pool specially built for kids, maintained by the authority, where kids can have fun.
