Faizabad is a major pilgrimage town and historical place. It is little wonder then that it attracts thousands of visitors each year. To cater to their entertainment needs, the Rishabhdev Rajghat Udyan was opened to the public in the year 1989.
The lush green park is one of the best maintained in the region and comprises lush lawns and verdant woods. Apart from the decorative plants, the main attraction is the massive 22 ft statue of Rishabhdev, the first Jain Tirthankara, meditating in Padmasan position.
