Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park was established on 29th September 1987. Spread across an area of 5,532 acres, the park is home to elephants, peafowls, deer, parakeet, leopards and wild boars. The sprawling emerald lawns are a huge attraction besides the house of the peafowl, the house of the herbivores and the house of the smaller carnivores.
