The Kewzing Village is a great place that promotes village tourism in Sikkim. The village is located about 8 km from Ravangla and is a great place to experience the rural life in Sikkim as well as enjoy the Sikkimese hospitality.
In local Sikkimese Bhutia language Kewzing means “the land of wheat fields”. It is at an altitude of about 1700 m above sea level. The Bon Monastery located here is known as a symbol of faith of the natives of Sikkim to preserve their religious beliefs and traditions.
