Kamru Nag Temple, Mandi

Kamru Nag Temple is located in the Kamrah village on the Kamru Hill in the district of Mandi. Devoted to Kamru Nag, referred to as the god of rain by the locals, the temple is visited by a large number of pilgrims every year. A fair organised on the 14th of June every year attracts numerous visitors. According to the local tradition, devotees offer notes, coins and ornaments to the main deity of the temple by dropping them into the Kamru Nag Lake, also known as the Kumarwah Lake, located near the temple.
