Kamru Nag Lake, Mandi

Kamru Nag Lake, surrounded by green pastures and tall deodar trees, is located at an altitude of about 3334 m above sea level in the Mandi district. Situated along the Mandi-Karsog Road, this lake offers majestic views of the Balh Valley and the snow-capped peaks of the Dhauladhar mountain range.

Kamru Nag Temple, situated nearby, is a prominent attraction. During the winters, the water of the lake freezes completely. The lake can only be reached by trekking. Beginners looking to trek up to the lake are advised to do it during the summer season as the trek could get slightly arduous during the winters.
