Guru Nanak Stadium, Ludhiana

Guru Nanak Stadium, with a seating capacity of 1500, was built at a cost of 15.4 crores (approximately). This popular venue for national and international sports meets has been constructed in accordance with international standards. It hosted the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2001 National Games of India. The Kabaddi World Cup was held at this stadium and was attended by celebrities like Katrina Kaif.

The ‘Pride of Ludhianvis’ has a well-maintained football ground and hosts National Football League (NFL) matches. Boasting of ultra-modern facilities, the complex hosts several athletics, basketball, football, handball, volleyball, badminton, gymnastics and table tennis events.
