Hazarat Zindashav Ali darga and Durgadevi Temple are suggested to all tourists headed towards Kotumachagi. It is said that both the darga and the temple are looked after by Muslims and Hindus, without any type of communal issues. It is also said that the well-known poet, Chamarasa, wrote Prabulingalile, one of his well-known epics, near the lake that is located amid the darga and Someshwara Temple.
