Omthara Kala Kuteera, Bangalore

Omthara Kala Kuteera is a perfect portrayal of India's culture and tradition in a tranquil ambience. This heavenly experience soothes the soul and energises the mind, giving peace to the ones who come here to take the bliss.

It is located in Basavenahalli near Nelamangala. There is a nominal entry fee charged from the visitors. The vision of this organisation is to portray India right from its ancient roots to its modern age using depictions and other exhibits.

Vishnu Dhama, the main building of the Kala Kuteera, is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Each piece of art here has a different story to convey. The panels of the doors of Vishnu Dhama have stories of Meenakshi Kalyana, Saraswati Kalyana, Rukmini Kalyana, etc. carved into them.

As you enter the main foyer, there is Srinivasa Sannidhi which tells us the story of Lord Venkateswara of Tirupati. A much larger structure, Shiva Shakti is being constructed close to Vishnu Dhama making it a divine experience to the visitors.
