The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has stated in an official announcement that it has not placed any Covid-related limitations on foreign visitors arriving in the country, despite the growing number of Covid-19 cases around the world.
TAT further stated that there will be no entry restrictions for Indian travelers to Thailand starting on October 1, 2022, as a result of Thailand's full reopening and the removal of the requirement for evidence of vaccination or ATK test results.
In a formal announcement, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) advised all travelers returning to India to perform an RT-PCR test within 72 hours after departure and upload the findings to the Air Suvidha website. This coincides with India's recent updating of COVID travel regulations.
The Tourism Authority also said that it will closely monitor any modifications to or ongoing updates to the COVID-19 protocol measures that might have an impact on Indian tourists traveling to Thailand.

Notably, in response to the increase in COVID cases in other nations, the Indian government revised its regulations for tourists and began requiring an RT-PCR test for travelers from Thailand and five other Asian nations, including China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore, starting on January 1, 2023.
All travelers from these nations will also need to submit their reports on the Air Suvidha portal before departure. The Covid-19 testing facilities are generally accessible and available in Thailand, according to the Thai Tourism Authority.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has stressed that all tourism-related & business services are fully functioning in the nation and that travel is once again unrestricted and that tourism is back to normal.
