Power supply will be interrupted in several parts of Bengaluru this weekend due to scheduled maintenance work. Residents in many neighbourhoods around Whitefield and Soladevanahalli should be prepared for outages on Saturday and Sunday within the announced time slots.

List of Areas to be Affected in Bengaluru
In the Whitefield region, the power cut is planned for Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. A large number of residential layouts, apartment complexes, and busy local roads will be affected. These include areas such as Belathur, Kumbena Agrahara, Patalamma Layout, VSR Layout, Kadugodi, Channasadra, Siddartha Layout, Sai Ashrama, Kaithota, Dinnur, GK Layout, and Maithri Layout. Well-known apartment clusters like Alembic Apartments, Marvel Apartments, Prestige Mayberry, Adarsh Palm Meadows, Brigade Cosmopolis, and Goyal Orchid Lakeview will also face interruptions. Roads and localities such as Swami Vivekananda Road, Whitefield Main Road, ECC Road, Naidu Layout, Borewell Road, Bhuvaneshwari Road, Prashanth Layout, Upkar Layout, and several others will experience breaks in supply. Many surrounding localities and small layouts in and around Whitefield are also included in the shutdown schedule.
Around Soladevanahalli, power outages are scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. A wide set of villages, residential layouts, and developing localities will be impacted. These include Hesaraghatta, Tharabbanahalli, Hurulichikkanahalli, TB Cross, Bilijaji, Dwarakanagar, Chikkabanavara, Maruthi Nagar, Ganapathi Nagar, Shanthi Nagar, and several layouts such as Raghavendra, Bajjappa, Shivakumarswami, and Guddadahalli. Other affected zones include Dasenahalli, Hosahalli Palya, Danish Farmhouse area, KMF surroundings, Guniagrahara, Mediagrahara, Somashettihalli, Ganigarahalli, Pipeline Road, Kereguddadahalli, KT Pura, IIHR, Linganahalli, Madappanahalli, Kalenahalli, Mavallipura, Kondashettihalli, Madhugirihalli, Kurubarahalli, Kumbarahalli, Silvepura, Pakegowdanapalya, Raghavendra Dhama, Byalakere, and Achuth Nagar.
Residents in these regions are advised to plan ahead and manage essential electrical needs accordingly.
