Joginder Nagar, Mandi

Joginder Nagar, located at an elevation of 2500 m above sea level, is the only town in Asia that boasts of three hydroelectric power stations. Thus, this town has been given nicknames like the Electric City and the City Of Powerhouses. An electric trolley located at the site takes tourists up the mountain to see the reservoir located at Barot.
