The Bir Lake is an artificial Lake made during the reign of the Britishers in India, at around 1890. It was built almost 120 years ago. Basalt has been employed to build this lake which was once used as a source of supply to the town of Chikhaldara. There also exists an old garden nearby; however, it is no longer maintained.
