Sanganer
If you're crazy about block printed saree or other block printed clothes, this is a place you shouldn't be missing. You can own a good piece of fabric at a reasonable cost from one of the factories at Sanganer, which is about 15 km from Jaipur. If you are interested, you can even try your hands on block printing!

Blue pottery is the traditional craft of Jaipur. If you pay a visit to this majestic land, never miss to visit Lakshmi Colony in Sanganer where you can see the making of these pots using blue dye. They also sell pots and other handmade items here.

Sanganer is also home to a number of handmade paper factories. The Kagzi community residing close to Jaipur still practises the art of making handmade paper. These factories sell items made of handmade paper at throwaway prices.

Ghat ki Guni
Ghat ki Guni tunnel is the tunnel that connects Jaipur to Agra. The tunnel has havelis on both sides which makes it a beautiful driving experience through the tunnel. Since the tunnel is accident prone, it is better to drive slow while enjoying the beauty around.

Bhangarh Fort

There is a small town Bhangarh located about 80 km from Jaipur. The natives there believe that the fort of Bhangarh is haunted. There is a board one kilometre away from the place which says 'Entry is prohibited after sunset and before sunrise.' There are many stories related to the place that gives an evidence that the place is actually haunted!

Galta Temple
Have you ever visited a temple where monkeys roam around like humans? Galta temple which is around 10 km away from Jaipur is one such pilgrimage centre where you can find adorable and friendly monkeys. This temple is dedicated to the Sun God and has beautiful architecture that's worth a visit.
