Pemayangtse Monastery - Pemayangtse Monastery is one of the oldest and most important Buddhist monastery in Sikkim. Located on a hilltop at an elevation of 2085 metres, this three storey building has a good collection of wall paintings and sculptures.
Sanga Choeling Monastery - Located on a hilltop, it is another old monastery in Sikkim established in 17th century. One can have an astounding panoramic views of Pelling and Mt. Kanchenjunga from its compound!
Khecheopalri Lake - Khecheopalri Lake is a picturesque lake considered to be one of the most sacred lakes in Sikkim. It is believed that birds do not permit even a single leaf to float on the lake surface!
