Trekking is one of the ways to enjoy the beauty of Shimla and its nearby places. Tattapani, Junga, Chail, Churdhar, Shali Peak and Hatu Peak can be reached by trekking from Shimla. There are two trekking routes which connect Kullu to Shimla.
One route offers the opportunity to trek through Jalori pass, perched at an elevation of 3300 m above sea level while the other route crosses through the Bashleo Pass which is situated at an altitude of 3250 m above sea level.
