Pattiseema, Rajahmundry

Pattiseema is a spot that is some 40 km away from the city of Rajahmundry. It is a beautiful spot and is famous for housing two temples within its limits. It is a popular spot among Indian filmmakers. The main attraction of Pattiseema is the Sri Veerabhadra Temple located on a hill in the centre of the Godavari river.

It is dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva. The temple also has a huge statue of Goddess Bhadrakali, with all her regalia and weaponry. The other temple in Pattiseema is dedicated to the worship of Sri Bhavananarayana Swamy and attracts a lot of devotees throughout the year.
