The water level of Kurpan Khad rose significantly due to the heavy rainfall behind Singhad Base Camp, which is on the Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra route. The force of the water washed away a bridge over the Khad, making it impassable. There are concerns about potential loss of life and property, as some houses near the riverbank might get washed away.

5:42 AM - Flash Flood in Malana
A flash flood was reported near Malana in Sub Tehsil Jari, District Kullu, following another cloudburst. The heavy rains caused flooding in the Parvati River, leading to the washing away of the Malana bridge. This has completely blocked traffic in the area. So far, no loss of life has been reported in this particular incident.
