Mumbai Metro One, which is promoted by Reliance Infrastructure, has been awarded the Great Place to Work certification. This recognition is based on feedback given by employees about their work environment and organisational culture.
Employee Experience Survey
The certification is given to organisations that receive at least a 70% positive rating in an employee experience survey. This survey measures important aspects such as trust in management, respect in the workplace, fairness, pride in the organisation, and teamwork among employees. The evaluation is carried out by Great Place to Work, an organisation that uses a standard and research-based method to study workplace culture.

Great Place to Work has been analysing work environments for more than 30 years and collects feedback from employees in over 150 countries. The certification mainly depends on what employees say about their workplace, rather than information provided by company management.
Mumbai Metro One
Mumbai Metro One said the certification reflects the views of employees working in different departments, including operations, maintenance, customer service, and support teams. These staff members are responsible for train operations, station management, safety measures, and daily interaction with commuters on the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro Line.
Metro Line 1
Metro Line 1 operates a total of 476 train services every day. During busy hours, trains run every 3 minutes and 20 seconds, ensuring quick movement for passengers. During non-peak hours, services are available every 5 minutes and 55 seconds. The first metro train starts at 5.30 am from both Versova and Ghatkopar. The last train leaves Versova at 11.26 pm and Ghatkopar at 11.52 pm.
