The New Noida project is a bold plan to develop a modern city in the National Capital Region (NCR). This ambitious initiative is focused on building a sustainable, well-planned urban environment with opportunities for industries, residents, and businesses. Here's a detailed look at what this project offers.

NCR to Get a Brand-New City Called

Phased Development

The project will be carried out in four phases over two decades:

- Phase 3 (2037): Expansion will cover 5,908 hectares.

- Phase 4 (2041): The final phase will span 8,230 hectares.

Land Use Plan

To create a balanced and efficient city, the land in New Noida will be used as follows:

- Industrial Development: 40% of the land will be for industries, making it a hub for manufacturing and business.

- Residential Areas: 13% will be dedicated to housing for families and individuals.

- Green and Recreational Spaces: 18% will include parks and open areas to promote a healthy lifestyle.

- Commercial Use: 4% will be for offices, shopping centers, and other commercial activities.

- Public Institutions: 8% will be used for schools, hospitals, and government buildings.

Location and Area

New Noida will be developed in the Dedicated Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). The project will include land from 20 villages in Gautam Buddha Nagar and 60 villages in Bulandshahr. Spread across 209.11 square kilometers, the city will be similar in size to the existing Noida.

Connectivity and Infrastructure

New Noida will be designed with excellent connectivity. Advanced road and rail networks will link it to Noida, Greater Noida, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Area, and the upcoming Noida International Airport. The city will also have direct access to the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC), making it a key transport hub within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).

This project is expected to attract significant investments due to its modern infrastructure and strategic location. The industrial zones and commercial hubs will create numerous job opportunities, boosting the local economy.
