The Eastern Railway has announced a series of special trains between Bengaluru and various cities in Bihar to handle the extra rush of passengers during November. These trains aim to make travel easier for those heading home or returning to Bengaluru during the busy travel period.

Bhagalpur-Yeshwantpur Special Train
Train No. 03403 (Bhagalpur-Yeshwantpur Special) will leave Bhagalpur at 10:30 PM on November 7 and reach Yeshwantpur at 11:50 PM on November 9, which will pass through important stations, including KR Puram and SMVT Bengaluru.
The return service, Train No. 03404 (Yeshwantpur-Bhagalpur Special), will start from Yeshwantpur at 7 AM on November 10 and arrive in Bhagalpur at 7:30 AM on November 12, with a halt at Yelahanka. Both these trains will run as unreserved services, allowing passengers to board without prior reservations.
Muzaffarpur-Yeshwantpur Special Train
Moreover, Train No. 05545 (Muzaffarpur-Yeshwantpur Special) will depart Muzaffarpur at 9:15 PM on November 11 and 12, reaching Yeshwantpur at 11:50 PM on November 13 and 14, respectively. The train will stop at KR Puram and SMVT Bengaluru en route.
The return train, Train No. 05546 (Yeshwantpur-Muzaffarpur Special), will leave SMVT Bengaluru at 3:50 PM on November 14 and 15, and reach Muzaffarpur at 7 PM on November 16 and 17, respectively, with a halt at KR Puram.
Festival Special Trains to Provide Relief
These special services are expected to provide much-needed relief for passengers traveling between Bihar and Bengaluru, especially during the festive and seasonal rush. Travelers are advised to check train timings and platform information in advance and reach the station early, as these are unreserved trains likely to experience heavy crowds.
