Bandra Fair 2026: Mumbai's BEST buses to operate from 13 to 20 September
According to a press note issued by BEST Public Relations Officer Sunil Vaidya on Friday, September 11, the undertaking will operate a total of 236 additional buses throughout the week. Many devotees and visitors are expected to reach Bandra West Station by suburban trains before travelling towards the feast venue by BEST buses.
Due to the expected crowds around Mount Mary Church and Father Agnel Ashram, buses will not be able to operate up to the church. Instead, the additional services will run between Bandra Railway Station (West) and Hill Road Garden. From Hill Road Garden, devotees will have to walk the remaining distance to the church.
BEST has also deployed bus inspectors and traffic officers at Bandra West Station and other important locations throughout the feast period. They will assist passengers, regulate bus operations and guide commuters amid the expected crowds. BEST has appealed to visitors attending the feast to use the additional bus services.
