The International Hockey Federation will be hosting the 15th Men's FIH Hockey World Cup in 2023. It is the quadrennial global championship for Men's national field hockey teams. The International Hockey Federation stated in December 2018 that the 2022 Hockey World Cup would be scheduled either in 2022, July or 2023, January. It was revealed in November 2019 that the event would take place in India in January 2023.
