Day 1 & Day 2:
In train
Day 3:
Arrive at Ujjain Jn in the morning and transfer to the hotel
Proceed to visit Mahakaleshwar temple after lunch
Return to hotel and have dinner
Overnight stay at Ujjain
Day 4:
Breakfast at the hotel
Proceed to Omkareswar temple which will be full day's journey
Later at night transfer to Ujjain railway station
Departure for Haridwar
Day 5:
Arrive at Haridwar late evening
Transfer to hotel
Overnight stay at Haridwar

Proceed to Rishikesh for sightseeing including Ram Jhula, etc
Return to Haridwar and attend Ganga Aarti in the evening
