By Air: The nearest airport to Bordi is the Chattrapathi Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai which is located at an approximate distance of 145 km. The airport is well-connected to all the major cities across the country and to a few abroad as well.
By Train: The nearest railway station is Dahanu Road which around 3 km from the town. The station is wellconnected to all the major towns and cities of the State and also to a few others outside the state.
By Road: One of the best ways to reach Bordi is by road, which is well-connected by roads and has many buses which ply from the cities of Mumbai and Pune regularly to Bordi. Mumbai is at distance of 160 km from here and Pune, 289 km.

1. Bordi Beach
A peaceful and breezy beach which promises its visitors calm and relieves you from the hustle and bustle of a city. The beach lies on the border of Gujarat and Maharashtra and is a favourite weekend getaway for those from the nearby cities.
The beach gets a splash of colour from its chickoo orchards and the casuarina trees which would grab anybody's attention.

2. Asavli Dam
Surrounded by mountains on a green lake, the dam was built on the lines of the Great Pyramids of Egypt and owing to this factor, the dam is visited by many and makes it an excellent picnic spot.
The dam is best seen during the monsoon season, as with the rain the dam overflows; it's a sight which cannot be expressed in words.
3. Kalpataru Botanical Gardens
Kapataru is well-known as fishing village and is circled around the botanical garden which makes a huge green canopy through the village.
The seasons of monsoon and post monsoon are one of the best times to visit this place, the lush green scenic beauty provides a good relaxation to one's mind.
4. Bahrot Caves
The only Parsi cave temple in India, Bahrot caves stands as a testimony of the strength and valour of the Zarathosti ancestors to save their faith.
The caves are made of water cisterns which are carved out on the face of Bahrot Hills, and forms an outline of the Sahyadris.
