The Venkateswara temple is located in the Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh and is managed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). The longest annual event, Vaikunta Dwara, lasts 25 days and starts 11 days before Vaikuntha Ekadasi & ends on January 15. The 4000 Nalayira Divyprabandha Pasuram hymns, composed of 12 Alwars, would be chanted daily throughout the festival, which is unique, according to a statement from TTD.
During the auspicious Vaikunta Ekadasi festival at the Tirumala temple, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam executive officer Anil Kumar Singhal said that the best possible arrangements are being made to provide Vaikunta Dwara darshan for the maximum number of devotees.
On December 23, 2022, it was estimated that 62,055 pilgrims alone had darshan based on TTD data. The yearly Adhyayanotsavams kicked up at Ranganayakula Mandapam in Tirumala temple on December 23, 2022.

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has started offering the Vaikunta Dwara Darshanam ticketing service online in full force. The holy Vaikunta Ekadasi season is quickly approaching.
On December 24 at 9 am, the online sales of about INR 300 Special Darshan tickets began. Once purchased, these tickets are valid from January 1 to January 11, 2023.
The TTD previously announced that on December 24 at 9 a.m., tickets for the Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan for New Year's Day on 1st January, 2023, & Vaikunta Dwara Darshanam from January 2 to 11, 2023, would be made available online.
About 50,000 people every day go to the Sri Venkateswara Temple. The TTD has established online digital services for ticket purchases due to a large number of pilgrims.
How to book Vaikunta Dwara darshan at Tirupati Tirumala temple Tickets:
- Visit https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in/
- Generate OTP by entering your mobile number and after writing the captcha code, click on it to generate the OTP.
- Put the OTP received on the mobile number and log in.
- Pay close attention to the guidelines. The location chosen will determine how many people are permitted per booking. Accommodations can be reserved by pilgrims with a minimum of one day's notice or a maximum of 120 days. Multiple choices for accommodations are not permitted.
- Choose the pilgrimage's location.
- Choose the TTD darshan dates that work best for you on the calendar. Slots are shown as green if they are open & yellow if they are quickly filling up. Red slots denote that the quotas are full, whereas blue slots denote that the quotas have not yet been released.
- Choose from the rooms that are available.
- After choosing a date, pick the hour that works best for you.
- The number of pilgrims must be added. Enter the pilgrim's name, gender, age, photo ID proof, ID card number & address after that.
