The South Central Railway (SCR) has introduced a special train service between Kacheguda and Tiruchanur to handle the increased passenger demand during this period. The additional train has been announced to provide more travel options and reduce overcrowding in regular train services.

Special Train between Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
The special train will offer a convenient travel option for passengers travelling between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. It will connect several important stations along the route, making it easier for passengers from different cities and towns to reach their destinations comfortably.
According to South Central Railway, the Kacheguda-Tiruchanur Special Train (Train No. 07787) will operate on July 23, 2026. The service will run only for one trip. In the return direction, the Tiruchanur-Kacheguda Special Train (Train No. 07788) will operate on Friday, July 24, 2026, and this service will also run for a single trip.
Important Stoppages & Features
The special trains will stop at several major stations to benefit passengers travelling along the route. The important stoppages include Malkajgiri, Charlapalli, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, and Renigunta. These halts will allow passengers from various towns and cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to use the additional service.
To meet the requirements of different categories of travellers, the special train will have a combination of coaches. The train will include AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second Class coaches. This will provide passengers with different accommodation choices depending on their comfort preferences and budget.
