India had increased its annual tourist arrivals to Moscow from 61,000 in 2016 to over a lakh in 2019. Traffic reached 40 percent which was before the pandemic level in 2021. They thought it was noteworthy that 48 percent of the Indian visitors to Moscow in 2021 went there twice and returned back as tourists to witness the beauty twice.
