Train 02252, traveling from New Delhi to Patna Junction, was initially scheduled to end service on November 20, 2024. Now, it will continue until November 29, 2024, adding extra run dates on November 22, 24, 27, and 29. Meanwhile, the return train, numbered 02251, will run from Patna Junction to New Delhi. Originally planned to conclude on November 21, 2024, this train will now extend to November 30, 2024, with added trips on November 23, 25, 28, and 30. These extensions aim to ease the travel rush and provide more options for passengers.

The Vande Bharat Express on this route follows a carefully planned schedule that ensures a smooth journey for passengers. Train 02252 departs from New Delhi at 8:25 AM and arrives in Patna by 8:00 PM, making stops at important stations like Kanpur City, Prayagraj Junction, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Buxar, and Ara Junction. This same route and timings apply to train 02251 on the return journey, with a start time of 7:30 AM from Patna, reaching New Delhi by 7:00 PM. These well-timed stops make it convenient for passengers across different cities.
