NHAI's Justification for the Toll Increase

Aman Rohilla, Project Director of NHAI, stated that these toll revisions are necessary to support infrastructure growth and road maintenance. He assured that the new toll rates will be strictly enforced from April 1 to help sustain and enhance highway facilities for all travelers.

While these increases may lead to higher travel costs for regular commuters, they are expected to contribute to better highway conditions and smoother journeys in the long run.
