This app combines various railway services into one platform, enabling users to book tickets, track trains, order food, and more. Available for free on Android and iOS, RailOne aims to improve the travel experience for millions across India.
The Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) developed RailOne to make train journeys easier. By integrating features from popular railway apps like IRCTC Rail Connect and UTSonMobile, it provides a comprehensive solution for planning and managing train travel. This consolidation helps users save time and reduces confusion by offering all necessary services in one place.
Key Features of RailOne App
RailOne offers several unique features that distinguish it from other railway apps. Users can book both reserved and unreserved tickets for any train class. The app provides live train tracking, showing the current location, platform details, and any delays. Additionally, passengers can check their PNR status and view their full booking history in the "My Bookings" section.
The app also includes a Coach Position Finder to help locate your coach on the platform easily. Food ordering is available from partner vendors directly to your seat. For cancelled or missed trains, refund management is streamlined within the app. Moreover, Rail Madad integration allows users to file and track complaints efficiently.
Multilingual Support and Single Sign-On
RailOne supports multiple Indian languages, making it accessible to a diverse user base. It also offers a single sign-on feature using IRCTC or UTS credentials, eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords.
