The Bengaluru Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory due to ongoing construction at the Panathur Railway Bridge underpass. Vehicular restrictions will be in place until July 12, affecting all types of vehicles in the designated areas.

"In view of Railway Bridge underpass construction work by Railway Department all type of vehicular traffic will be restricted from Date: 09.07.2024 midnight to Date: 12.07.2024 from Panathur Dinne to Panathur Railway Bridge in the limits of Whitefield Traffic Police Station,'' the traffic advisory read.

To manage traffic flow, alternative routes have been provided by the police. Vehicles heading towards Panathur and Kundalahalli from Panathur Dinne should use Balagere Main Road via Silver Oak Road from Gunjur Palya Road.
For those travelling towards Panathur Dinne from the Panathur side, it is advised to take Gunjur Palya Road via Silver Oak from Balagere Main Road. This will help ease congestion during the construction period.
The public is requested to cooperate with authorities and adhere to these alternative routes to minimise inconvenience. The restrictions are necessary to facilitate smooth progress on the railway bridge underpass project.
