Hyderabad To Witness Hot And Breezy Conditions

According to the latest forecast, Hyderabad will remain warm through most of Sunday, with temperatures hovering between 37°C and 39°C during peak afternoon hours. Wind speeds are expected to remain moderate at around 20-25 kmph, offering limited relief from the heat.

The minimum temperature is likely to stay around 29°C, making for a relatively warm start and end to the day. Humidity levels are expected to remain moderate, while air quality is likely to stay in the satisfactory category.

Rain Chances Increase During Night Hours

While the day is expected to remain largely dry, weather models indicate a chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms during the late evening and night hours. Cloud cover is expected to increase after sunset, and some parts of the city could receive brief spells of rain.

The probability of precipitation remains low during daytime but increases slightly overnight as moisture levels build across the region.

IMD Forecasts Relief For Telangana

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers at isolated places across Telangana from June 1 onwards. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds reaching 40-50 kmph are also likely in several districts.

The weather department has further indicated that maximum temperatures across Telangana could fall by 2-3°C over the next four days, providing gradual relief from the prolonged heat.

Hyderabad Weather Outlook For The Week

The upcoming week is expected to bring a mix of sunshine, cloud cover and scattered rainfall activity.

  • May 31 (Sunday): 39°C / 29°C, partly cloudy and hot
  • June 1 (Monday): Around 39°C, chance of rain and thunderstorms
