Hyderabad, June 30: Several localities across Hyderabad will experience scheduled power interruptions on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, as the Telangana power utility carries out electrical repairs, feeder maintenance and tree-cutting works in different divisions. The planned shutdowns will affect areas under the Azamabad, Hyderabad City-1 and Falaknuma subdivision limits at different times during the day.

Residents in the affected localities are advised to plan their activities in advance, charge essential electronic devices and keep backup arrangements ready until electricity supply is restored.
Hyderabad Power Cut Today: Timings and Reason
- Date: June 30, 2026 (Tuesday)
- Reason: Electrical repairs, feeder maintenance and tree-cutting works
- Affected Divisions: Azamabad, Hyderabad City-1 and Falaknuma subdivision
Areas Affected by Today's Power Shutdown
Azamabad and Hyderabad City-1 Areas
According to officials, power supply will remain suspended in Bathukammakunta, Sai Baba Temple, Anjaiah Bhavan and Renuka Enclave from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
A separate outage has been scheduled in CE Colony from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Electricity will also remain interrupted in Ahobilamatham between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, while Ramalayam will witness a shutdown from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Meanwhile, residents of Domalaguda, Maruti Nagar and Shadan College areas are expected to face power interruptions from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM due to ongoing maintenance work.
Chandrayangutta and Falaknuma Subdivision
Power supply will also be affected in several areas under the Falaknuma substation limits due to tree-cutting and maintenance works.
Scheduled outages from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM will impact Uppuguda, Saibaba Nagar, Neelam Center feeder areas, Narahari Nagar, Shivajinagar, Ambika Nagar, Parvati Nagar, Kandikal Gate, Ashok Nagar and Sadik Nagar.
Shahjahan Hotel and Surrounding Areas
Another maintenance shutdown has been planned from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Shahjahan Hotel, Talab Katta, Sultanshahi and Quba Masjid localities.
Advisory for Residents
Residents living in the affected areas are advised to complete essential household work before the scheduled outage, keep mobile phones and other electronic devices fully charged, and make alternative arrangements if they depend on uninterrupted electricity for work or medical equipment.
Power supply is expected to be restored after the completion of the scheduled maintenance and repair works, subject to operational conditions.
