Hyderabad Power Cut Today, July 16: Residents in parts of Hyderabad will experience scheduled power outages on Thursday, July 16, 2026, as the Telangana power utility carries out maintenance work, feeder repairs and tree-cutting activities. The planned shutdown will affect consumers in Boduppal and Rayadurgam at different time slots during the day.
Officials have advised residents to make necessary arrangements in advance and keep essential electronic devices charged before the scheduled maintenance begins.
Hyderabad power cut today: Areas and timings
Boduppal (33/11 KV Indiranagar Substation)
Maintenance work and tree-felling operations will be carried out under the 33/11 KV Indiranagar Substation, resulting in power interruptions on two feeders.

Reason for the outage
