The Railways has announced special train services between Charlapalli and Bengaluru, as well as Tirupati and Vijayapura, to manage the expected increase in passenger traffic during the Dasara and Diwali festive season. The additional services will operate on selected dates in October and November to provide more travel options for passengers.

Challapalli-Bengaluru Special Trains
Train No. 07065, the Charlapalli-Bengaluru Weekly Special, will depart from Charlapalli at 9.50 pm on October 5, 12, 19 and 26, and November 2, 9, 16, 23, 27 and 30. It will arrive in Bengaluru at 1.15 pm the following day. In the return direction, Train No. 07066, the Bengaluru-Charlapalli Weekly Special, will leave Bengaluru at 3.50 pm on October 6, 13, 20 and 27, and November 3, 10, 17 and 24. The train will reach Charlapalli at 5.30 am the next day.
The services will stop at Secunderabad, Begumpet, Lingampalli, Vikarabad, Sedam, Yadgir, Krishna, Raichur, Mantralayam Road, Adoni, Guntakal, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Hindupur and Yelahanka.
Tirupati-Vijayapura Weekly Special Train
Meanwhile, Train No. 07419, the Tirupati-Vijayapura Weekly Special, will operate every Sunday from October 4 to 25. It will depart from Tirupati at 8.15 am and reach Vijayapura at 10.25 pm on the same day. For the return journey, Train No. 07420 will leave Vijayapura at 11.35 pm on Sundays and arrive in Tirupati at 2.15 pm the following Monday.
The train will halt at Renigunta, Koduru, Rajampet, Kadapa, Yerraguntla, Tadipatri, Gooty, Guntakal, Ballari, Toranagallu, Hosapet, Koppal, Gadag, Hole Alur, Badami, Bagalkot, Almatti and Basavana Bagevadi Road.
These additional services are intended to provide better connectivity and help passengers plan their festive journeys during the busy holiday period.
