Bhopal Power Cut on July 18, 2026: Electricity Supply to Be Affected; Check Timings

Bhopal Power Cut, July 18: Several parts of Bhopal will witness scheduled power outages on Saturday, July 18, 2026, as the electricity department undertakes pole erection, pole shifting and line maintenance works across the city.

According to the maintenance schedule, electricity supply will remain suspended in different localities between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, with outage durations varying depending on the nature of the work. Residents living in the affected areas have been advised to complete essential household and business activities before the scheduled shutdown.

Bhopal power cut on July 18: Area-wise schedule

1. Vishvakarma Nagar and nearby localities

• Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Reason: Pole erection work
• Areas affected: Vishvakarma Nagar, Janta Quarter, LIG, MIG, Molvi Nagar, Kamla Nagar, Hanif Colony, Aashiyana Colony, Paras Nagar and nearby areas.

2. Janta Nagar and Nabi Bagh area

• Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Reason: Pole erection work
• Areas affected: Janta Nagar, Janta Quarter, Panchwati Phase-I & II, Nabi Bagh, Aaradhana Nagar, Ratan Colony, Moti Lal Nagar, Krishna Colony, Vyanjan Dhaba, Thana Nabi Bagh and nearby localities.

3. Rameshwaram Extension and Housing Board area

• Time: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Reason: Line maintenance work
• Areas affected: Rameshwaram Extension, A-Sector, Housing Board Quarters (Purbanchal), Gayatri Vihar, Parth Sarthi Parisar, Yashoda Garden and adjoining areas.

4. Rajat Golden Nest and Smart City area

• Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Reason: Line maintenance work
• Areas affected: Rajat Golden Nest, Sagar Golden Palm, AB Smart City, James Public School and nearby localities.

5. Palm Vishtha Colony and Rapadiya area

• Time: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Reason: Line maintenance work
• Areas affected: HT Connection Nagar Nigam Rapadiya, Maksi, Bagli, Maker Regalia, Amaltas Gold, Kasturi Vihar, Palm Vishtha Colony, Lilavati School, Rapadiya, Rudraksh Warehouse and nearby areas.

6. Nayapura and Barelagaon

• Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Reason: Line maintenance work
• Areas affected: Shiva Apartment, Nayapura, Barelagaon, Rajeev Rosery, Om Shiv Nagar, Munshi Prem Colony and surrounding localities.

7. Chunabhatti and Chanakyapuri Colony

• Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Reason: Pole shifting work
• Areas affected: Chunabhatti Village, Tabish Complex, Samarthan, Sagar Campus, Chanakyapuri Colony, Vardhman Parisar, Gangotri Heights, Hill Crest, Parasper Colony and nearby areas.
