Bengaluru's Raj Bhavan will welcome the public on August 16, 17, and 18 as part of the 79th Independence Day celebrations. Visitors can explore the premises between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Entry will be granted upon presenting a valid government-issued photo ID, which will be verified before admission.

Security Protocols at Raj Bhavan
Guests will be permitted to enter designated sections of the Raj Bhavan premises but must comply with strict security regulations. The use or carrying of electronic devices, including mobile phones, laptops, and cameras, is strictly forbidden. Prohibited items also include sharp objects, metal items, food and drinks, plastic materials, firecrackers, lighters, bags, purses, tobacco products, and alcoholic beverages.
Visitor Guidelines
All guests are expected to stay within marked zones and follow instructions given by security staff. Visitors should maintain silence and decorum throughout their time on the premises. R. Prabhushankar, Special Secretary to the Governor of Karnataka, has requested full cooperation to ensure the visit remains orderly and respectful.
