1. Arrival: When passengers arrive at Terminal 2, DigiYatra domestic travelers can opt to scan their face biometrics for baggage drop at the self-bag drop machines.
2. Biometric Capture: The machine prompts passengers to look into the camera, capturing their biometric image and retrieving their flight details.
3. Declaration: Passengers declare any hazardous items they may have in their luggage.
4. Bag Placement: Following the declaration, passengers put their bags on the conveyor belt. The machine guides them to attach a baggage tag, which can be generated by the machine or printed at a self-service kiosk.
5. Automated Processing: The bag is automatically measured, weighed, and scanned before being sent into the baggage handling system. A baggage receipt is issued to the passenger.
6. Excess Baggage: If there's excess baggage, passengers are directed to a counter for payment.
