Ahmedabad residents now have a glowing reason to enjoy their evenings locally. A stunning Glow Garden has been inaugurated on the Sabarmati Riverfront, eliminating the need to travel to the Statue of Unity for a similar experience. This newly opened attraction, spanning 4500 square meters, features an array of LED lights and sculptures, making it a must-visit spot for families, tourists, and evening walkers.

The Glow Garden, also called the Night Flower Park, officially opened on January 3, coinciding with the annual flower show at the same venue. Created with a budget of ₹3 crores, this vibrant garden showcases the city's dedication to enhancing its public spaces. It offers a unique combination of artistic lighting and natural beauty, making it a memorable destination for visitors.
A Magical World of Lights and Sculptures
The garden is adorned with 54 different lighting elements, including mesmerizing sculptures of animals and plants. Visitors can explore life-like figures of lions, tigers, giraffes, and polar bears, along with illuminated roses, lotuses, and sunflowers. Additional attractions include two-layer fountains, lighting tunnels, swings, and selfie points, providing endless opportunities for fun and photos.
The park's family-friendly design also features a dance floor, cartoon characters, and a lighting path specifically created for children. These interactive elements make it a perfect outing spot for families looking to spend quality time together in a magical setting.

Free Entry During Flower Show
Dev Chaudhary, Executive Director of Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited, shared the excitement surrounding the park, stating, "The Riverfront Night Flower Park is a captivating addition to the city. Its lights and sculptures will mesmerize visitors." Currently, entry to the Glow Garden is free, but charges may be introduced after the flower show ends, allowing everyone a chance to explore this luminous marvel.
Flower Show 2025 Adds More Color
The flower show, an annual highlight organized by the Municipal Corporation, is being held at the Event Center on the Sabarmati Riverfront. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated this event, which adds another layer of beauty and attraction to the venue. To manage the crowd, an entry fee has been introduced for the flower show, with separate pricing for weekdays, weekends, and a VIP time slot for those willing to pay extra for a premium experience.
