BookMyShow has thrilled Coldplay fans by releasing more tickets for the band's Ahmedabad concerts after the Mumbai shows sold out quickly. The concerts, scheduled for January 25 and 26, 2025, will take place at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Fans now have another chance to see the globally loved band perform live.
To manage the high demand, a waiting room will open on January 15 at 5 pm, with ticket sales starting at 6 pm. BookMyShow has clarified that joining the waiting room early does not guarantee a ticket. At 6 pm, queue numbers will be assigned, and fans will be able to purchase up to four tickets, depending on availability.
BookMyShow announced the update on its Instagram page, stating, "Coldplay fans, limited tickets for both Ahmedabad shows go live today at 6 PM IST. Show Dates & Venue: January 25 & 26...Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad (sic)." This announcement has brought relief to many fans who missed out during the initial ticket sales.
Special Train Service for Navi Mumbai Concerts
In addition to the Ahmedabad update, BookMyShow Live has partnered with Indian Railways to offer a dedicated local train service for Coldplay's Navi Mumbai concerts on January 18, 19, and 21, 2025. These trains will connect key areas in Mumbai, such as Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Chembur, and Jui Nagar, to the DY Patil Sports Stadium, making travel easier and more sustainable for concert-goers.
The train tickets, priced at ₹500 for a round trip, are exclusively available through BookMyShow. This initiative is designed to enhance the overall concert experience while promoting eco-friendly travel options.
