Horse Riding, Nainital

Horse Riding is one of the most important attractions of Nainital. Horses are used here as a mode of transportation to visit different destinations in the town. Though horse riding is strictly prohibited inside the town, travellers can enjoy it at the Bara Pathar.

This prohibition was ordered by the court as the horse dung pollutes the lake and the beauty of The Mall. Visitors can also hire horses from Ramnagar to reach the beautiful picnic spot Tiffin Top.
