Pune Traffic Police will enforce Wagholi Ganesh visarjan diversions today, September 22, from 3 pm to 2 am. The order, issued by Deputy Commissioner of Police Sandeep Bhajibhakare, covers key stretches of the Pune–Ahilyanagar Road. Heavy vehicles and private buses going towards Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar or Shirdi via Nagar Road must detour through Sadalbaba Chowk, Chandrama Chowk, Vishrantwadi, Alandi and Shikrapur. Inbound traffic from Ahilyanagar will be routed Lonikand–Kesnand–Theur, then onto Solapur Road. Light vehicles from Pune to Shirur should use Wagheshwar Chowk–Bhavadi–Surabhi Matha–Lonikand to rejoin the highway.
