As the name goes, Karya meaning endeavours and Siddhi refers to success. This famous Hanuman temple is located in the south of Bangalore. A lot of devotees flock into this temple on Tuesdays and Saturdays to seek blessings from the Lord The statue of Lord Hanuman is installed by the Ganapati Sacchidanada Swamiji.
The Karyasiddhi Hanuman temple premises is huge and as you enter through the gate, a huge statue of Lord Hanuman welcomes the devotees to the main sanctum. The temple premises also has shrines of Sri Dattatreya (Another form of Lord Vishnu) along with the Anagha Devi, shrine for Lord Ganesha and Lord Shiva in the name of Sacchidanandeshwara and a small place dedicated to the nine planets.

As you go inside the temple, you would be surprised to see a lot of coconuts being tied around the temple premises and a lot of devotees taking a lot of circumambulations of the shrine in the numbers of 41, 48 and 108 to get their wishes fulfilled.
Devotees also chant a particular hymn related to Lord Hanuman which is believed to be prayed by Goddess Sita to Lord Hanuman while she wanted to get rid of her distress from the demon king Ravana.
Lord Hanuman is adorned with beetle leaves after the sacred bath and the saffron color is applied to his forehead which again goes back the legend of Lord Rama blessing Lord Hanuman during his venture to Lanka to save Goddess Sita. The saffron applied to the Lord here is also given as prasadam to the devotees.
