Northern India has its share of adventure travel destinations for the brave traveller. Be it trying to conquer the frigid and forbidding ranges of the Himalayas, white water rafting in the icy cold of mountain rivers in Ladakh or paragliding for a bird's eye view from Bir, North India doesn't disappoint the bold and the adventurous. The old summer love of the British, is perfect for those who are not looking at any extreme sports but would rather settle for simple pleasures like boating, long nature walks and horse riding. Of course, that doesn't mean you can't trek or go rock climbing here. Go boating on the Naini lake. It is a wonderful experience. You can choose from a range of row boats, pedal boats and small yachts.
