Dharni Pahar, Pakur

This place is situated at a distance of 15 km in the southwest from Pakur district. There is an old temple of Lord Shiva on the hilltop where an annual fare is held on the occasion of Maha-Shivratri. People of Pakur pay their offerings with great devotion. This place is being developed as a tourist centre; it may become an important centre of attraction among travellers.
