Indian Railways is ready to start regular services of the new Gomti Nagar-Saharanpur Vande Bharat Express from Tuesday. The train was inaugurated almost a month ago by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. With this, Uttar Pradesh will now have 15 Vande Bharat Express trains, and the service will be managed

by the Northern Railway zone.
Route and Distance
The train will operate as Train No. 26504/26503 on the Gomti Nagar-Saharanpur route and back. It will travel a total of 535 km, completing the journey in around 8 hours and 40 minutes. On the way, it will pass through important stations, including the major junction at Moradabad.
Frequency and Coaches
Train No. 26504, running from Gomti Nagar to Saharanpur, will operate six days a week, not running on Mondays. Train No. 26503, the return service from Saharanpur to Gomti Nagar, will also run six days a week, except on Tuesdays.
The train will have eight coaches in total, seven AC Chair Cars and one Executive AC Chair Car. These coaches are designed to provide a smoother, more comfortable, and modern travel experience.
Stoppages
The train will halt at eight stations: Daliganj, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Najibabad, and Roorkee. These stops will help passengers from several key towns of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand access the service.
Timings
Train 26504 will depart Gomti Nagar at 3:10 PM and reach Saharanpur at 11:50 PM. The return train, 26503, will leave Saharanpur at 5:05 AM and arrive in Gomti Nagar at 2:05 PM.
Ticket Prices
The fare for an AC Chair Car between the two cities is ₹1,460, while an Executive Chair Car ticket costs ₹2,685.
The new Vande Bharat service is expected to improve travel between eastern and western Uttar Pradesh, offering passengers a quicker and more convenient option.
