Travel enthusiasts looking to visit one of India's most revered temples can look forward to a streamlined booking system come 2024. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), which manages the affairs of the world-famous temple, has announced an updated pricing and timing schedule for devotees planning their visit. This new system simplifies the process, making it easier for pilgrims to plan their journey to the sacred site.
Updated Booking Prices and Times
As per the latest update, the pricing for bookings has been set at ₹300. This applies to two specific time slots - from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. This structured approach aims to accommodate more devotees by ensuring a smoother flow during peak hours.
Advanced Booking for 2024
Looking ahead, the TTD is preparing for 2024 with an advanced booking system. Devotees can plan their visits by booking slots priced at ₹300 for dates falling on the 25th of each month, starting at 10 AM. Notably, this advance booking system is designed to manage the anticipated increase in pilgrim footfall in the coming years.
Additionally, for those planning to visit on the 23rd of each month, a similar booking arrangement will be available. This is part of TTD's effort to streamline the pilgrimage process, allowing devotees to have a smoother and more spiritual experience.
Online Booking Platform
To facilitate these bookings, TTD has set up an online platform. Devotees can visit https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in to secure their slots. This move towards digital booking aims to make the process more efficient and accessible for pilgrims from across India and the world.
The introduction of this new booking system by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is a significant step towards enhancing the pilgrimage experience. By organizing visitation times and managing the flow of devotees, TTD ensures that each visitor can fully engage in the spiritual journey without the hassle of long waits or overcrowding. As 2024 approaches, pilgrims can now look forward to a more structured and peaceful visit to one of India's most sacred sites.
