Indian Railways has extended the operation of special train services between Patna and Charlapalli to handle the passenger rush, provide additional travel options, and reduce overcrowding on this busy route.

Patna-Charlapalli Special Trains
According to the South Central Railway, 14 additional services of Train No. 03253 (Patna-Charlapalli Special) have been extended. The train, which operates on Mondays and Wednesdays, will now continue running from August 3 to September 16.
Similarly, seven services of Train No. 03254 (Charlapalli-Patna Special) have also been extended. This train runs on Wednesdays and will operate from August 5 to September 16.
Moreover, seven services of Train No. 03255 (Charlapalli-Patna Special), which operates on Fridays, have been extended from August 7 to September 18.
Train Features
The special trains will have coach classes to cater to different passengers. According to the South Central Railway, each train will include AC Three-Tier (3AC), AC Three-Tier Economy (3AC Economy), Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches. This will allow passengers to choose the class that best suits their travel needs and budget.
Advisory for Passengers
Railway officials have advised passengers to check the train schedule before planning their journey and book tickets early to avoid last-minute inconvenience. The additional services are expected to reduce waiting lists and provide a more comfortable travel experience during the period of high passenger demand.
These special trains have been introduced to meet the growing travel demand and provide more seats for passengers during the busy period. The extension is expected to benefit people travelling between Telangana and Bihar by offering additional services on the route.
